I was dying to try the Chicken Chowder in the W30 book, but not a fan of cilantro or jalapeno.


So, I made some edits and additions and tried it out last night. Season chicken evenly with spice mixture. Basically, all was the same except I eliminated cilantro and used fresh basil. Mix salt, cumin, paprika, and cayenne in a small bowl. Preheat oven to 350.
