There are so many excellent nutrition books available, and the following nine are some of the best I’ve read during 2018. Salt Fat Acid Heat by Samin Nosrat. We may be all about technology right now, but even we like to put down the iPad and pick up a good, old-fashioned book, like the ones below, which combine the best of science and cooking. Samin Nosrat is amazing. No science fiction, politics, history, or self-help.
