Grenache blanc responds best to low fermentation temperatures which produces a fresh, dill-scented wine in its youth. First I made a regular, hearty-red table wine with Grenache. A bottle of Grenache doesn’t have to be old to be enjoyable–in fact, young, approachable wines are sometimes easier to pair with food than wines with greater aging potential.
